Hello Netters.
I'm using the Santa Cruz VEGF polyclonal in FFPE tissue without success -
I've tried Pro-K digestion and citrate HIER with a 1:500 dilution of
antibody and an 18-hour incubation.
I'm looking for an alternative protocol and/or antibody.
