I have a pathologist who claims the dehydration part of the processing is too 
rapid and pulling out interstitial fluids from the connective tissue of 
placenta's causing a fragmentation of the histologic features.  Has anyone 
ever heard of this problem.  I think the problems with the sections (which 
look fine, no gross fragmentaion) is due to fixation.
