it's a file used by windows to backup files with long file names.  deleting
it can cause lots of problems for your computer.  this hoax is a really old
one as hoaxes go.....from may of 2001.  there is another one going around (a
hoax that is) that is similar.....but the file the new one refers to is
JDBGMGR.EXE.....another file that is used by windows.....so if you come
across someone telling you they've accidently sent you a virus infected
email an instruct you to search for and delete the aforementioned
file....don't do it.
now that i've probably told you more than you really wanted to know.....
