Re: Anti-GFP staining in paraffin sections
I've used Anti-Green Fluorescent Protein Rabbit IgG Fraction from Molecular Probes #A-11122 as a primary Ab, then Rabbit IgG whole molecule unconjugated from Jackson ImmunoResearch 011-000-003 as secondary Ab and the Rabbit/Peroxidase EnVision+ System Kit from DAKO #K-4010 or K4011 (difference is size) for detection.  Works very well.

The protein (the P part of GFP) was originally from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria .  If you do a web search for that name you will get some very cool pictures.

Hello Netters,
Has anybody done a peroxidase staining against GFP in paraffin
tissue sections? I am wondering whether the antibody can bind even to GFP
that is no longer fluorescent (due to alcohol processing etc.)?
  Thanks a lot,
