I know ELISA's are not typical histotech assays, but if anyone does this or
has a colleague who does I would greatly appreciate any input!  
I am trying to set up an ELISA to look at phosphorylation of Rb
(retinoblastoma).  I have not gotten it to work yet.  If anyone is doing it
or knows of some one doing it and has a protocol that is working, please
help.
