Just to add one more to the list...
Guess I have a variety of tricks that I use when cutting:
I soak some blocks by placing in water on one of those Tissue Tek Cold
Trays, use a moistened gauzie on some blocks and it depends on what tissue
whether I use warm water or ice water, and I huff occasionally when cutting
paraffin sections. When doing frozens I huff a lot since we have such a dry
climate here and static is a problem, and I use the warm gloved thumb slide
technique over the frozen tissue too sometimes.
Anita - I do not huff when doing sections for in situ. :-)
