I'm having trouble with my Bielchowski stain. There is a weird artifact
around the edges of brain sections that have been stained.
It stains lite with the neuclei staining black and as you move inward on the
section background turns darker and nueclei stains brown?? Anyone out there
that can help me....PLEASE DO. The procedure I use is Lunas method. It
doesn't always happen either.
