I have been doing a lot of ATP'se but this time i failed. I have lots of calcium crystals on  my slide. i have filtered it and i don't know how to get rid of the crystals. although the crystals are only on the side of my tissue,but still this presence has never occured to me before. was it because i am using a Calcium chloride dihydrate and not an anhydrous?? 
i need your professional expertise in this regard. Hope you can help me fo i have been wasting my  muscle tissue and i have a few left on it.thanks for your help.
