we rec'd an email from our IS guys about this yesterday.  the file this email is instructing you to delete is PART OF YOUR SYSTEM SOFTWARE and should NOT be deleted.....there is NO virus in it.
if you have already succumbed to this "alert" you will need to check with microsoft about what you need to do you get the file restored.
