I prepared a demonstration slide of testes for the Leydig cells that came
from a conventional EM block, Glut/Cacod and Osmium. 1 micron section
stained with Sudan black then Toluidine blue. Beautiful result but it was
only a one-off, although something I'll try again if needed. <br>
