When you say "chart", do you mean the medical record chart?  Being with 
Cerner, "charting" means generating a pathology report.  If you mean medical 
record chart.... Could we attach the original  request with a staple 
(sloppy)?  Surely, they don't want us to print it in the report.... Did they 
suggest how they wanted that done?  And please clarify which group made that 
suggestion.
