RE: Reagent to keep slides overnight...

We keep ours overnight in Tris-saline buffer, pH 7.5 with 0.05% tween 20
and things work fine.

Subject: Reagent to keep slides overnight...

Hi all in histoland! I have a question that I hope y'all can answer for me.

Is there a product that I can use for preserving my pretreated slides?
Friday, one tech here had pretreated several slides and instead of staying
here and finishing what she had started, she left them for me to run. Turns
out I ended up staying here until 8 pm so that the slides didn't ruin AND I
missed my date. I would have rather run these this morning with the rest of
them. Is there any way to store pretreated slides for an extended period of
time....at least overnight?

Thanks in advance!
Noel
