Positions Available at Duke University Medical Center:

Histologic Technician (Cert): Routine embedding, microtomy, and special 
stains. Requires ASCP HT certification. First shift 5:00AM-1:00PM M-F and 
every third Saturday. Third shift is 10:00PM to 6:00AM M-F and earns a 
generous shift premium.

Senior Histologic technician: Train and supervise technical staff. 
Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree, HT certification and 3 years 
histology experience. First shift position

Histologic technician (non-cert): Technicians without certification but at 
least two years routine histology experience or a Bachelor's degree. First 
shift.
