O&P trichromes
| From: | "Burnette, Andrew - MHA" <ABurnet@chw.edu> |
In our continuing efforts to rid the lab of mercuric chloride, we've still
yet to find a reliable alternative to Schaudins soln in performing the
trichrome part of O&P's. Has anyone experience with a workable alternative?
By the way, thanks to all who weighed in on our cytology "cornflaking"
problem I posted a while back. In the end we implicated alcohol
contamination in the final xylenes.
