Wondering how the rest of the Pathology World handles the regulation that
states, " all tests performed in the laboratory must have a doctors order
and must be documented in the patients chart."  Are you using a seperate
form when you get orders for special stains or immuno, or is the Pathology
report considered enough documentation??????
