Dear histonetters,
a researcher asked me for the relative merits / disadvantages of GFP against
Lac Z  in histological terms as a reporter of gene expression in paraffin
sections.
Initially he doesn't want to use immunocytochemistry.
Can anybody give any constuctive advice.
