Can everyone be so kind as to suggest antibodies to demonstrate apoptosis in human brain tumors that have been implanted in rat brains?  The tissue has been formalin fixed and paraffin embedded.  I have an old antibody to single stranded dna but have not used it in atleast two years.  I know that there are many new antibodies that work well in ffpe sections.  How about sending me your favorites?
