Donna, I use Dako M7155 at a 1:20 dilution; 40 minutes high pH, cool down 20 minutes . Need good mantle cell tumor . Linda in Austin

Does anyone out there have any ideas on the how to process Cyclin D1 on
Ventana Nexes, Benchmark or Dako stainers.  We have tried the antibodies
from several vendors and with varies antigen retrieval solutions and
methods.
