We have used cyclin D1, (Zymed & Ventana)  on the nexus.  
The Ventana ab (Thru Cell Marque Cat # 250-2633,  clone DCS-6) works
well with a 20 minute HIER and 32 minute primary incubation.  A good
control is DCIS.
