We are successfully using clone D5/16 B4, which used to come from
Boehringer, then from Roche, and now
from Chemicon (under cat.# MAB 1620 ... and 50% more expensive than when it
was still from Boehringer ...). Clone D5/16 B4 works nicely at a working
conc. of 1ug/ml after microwave HIER in 5% urea with 100 mM Tris, pH 9.5 (a
different high pH antigen retrieval buffer may work as well). Epithelium
from tonsil is a wonderful control. As far as I know, the same clone has
become available from Zymed just recently. Good luck!
