We are using NeoMarker's Cyclin D1 on our ES/Nexes after using BioCare Medical's Nuclear DeCloaking buffer and DeCloaking Chamber for 2 minutes and Protease 3 for 8 minutes( on instrument ). This protocol works well for us!
