Steve,
we use Dako's NB84, but we use their proteinase K solution (catalog # S3020)
for 10 minutes at room temperature instead of heat retrieval. Then we
perform a 30 minute incubation in the primary, linking and label antibodies
with a 5 minute DAB development. Our titer is 1:3000 and we've had good
results. Hope this helps.
