Im here again with a question....
I work with frozen spinal cord sections In situ hybridization.
I fix them with 4% paraformaldehid fixative perfusion!
My problem is the probe penetration to the tissue is wery poor!!
How can i dissolve this problem (without the proteinase K treatment).
Can u help me?
