I remember a discussion about Factor VIII IHC recently but did not note the details.  I have FFPE rat sections and use Dako FVIII on my human specimens with great results.  I have been told that 3 hours in pepsin at 37 will result in good staining in rat tissues.  This seems laborious and I wonder if anyone has any suggestions.  I would be happy to purchase an anti-rat FVIII if someone uses one.
