We do two levels of H&E's, taking a corresponding
unstained level(on silanized slides) to the H&E for a
possible AE1/AE3 keratin.  The H&E sections are given
to the pathologist as early as possible in the
morning.  If the pathologist does not detect mets in
the lymph nodes, the AE1/AE3 is run on both levels.
