pre fixation solution for fatty breast tissue

Hi Histonets,
I am looking for a procedure to pre fix fatty breast tissue before
processing, it has been suggested that acetone does a good job, but prolonged
pre fixing could hurt the tissue.Is there a another method which will not be
so hard on the tissue and will be able to process and cut well.
Any suggestions are welcome.
