Hi
I am Gratiana a Phd student at the depart. of zoology The uni of Melbourne. I have some samples that have been fixed in PFA and Stored in 70% alcohol. I will use these samples to study the expression of gcna-1 antibody. Since the sample's bone (pouch young tammar wallaby) has been calcified, could you suggest me what sort of decalcifying solution that will not affect the result. I really appreciate any suggestion. Thankyou.
Regard
Gratiana
