Dear Zenobia Haffajee,

I have been using the Zymed Bax antibody(clone2D2) on human prostate sections
with excellent results. The antigen is retrieved using steam for 35 minutes
and the incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature. However, I just got
information from our pathologist regarding the confomational changes Bax
undergoes to induce apoptosis. It has something to do with studying the amino
terminus versus the carboxy terminus. Maybe there is a better antibody than
this Zymed one to research this type of info .

Sincerely yours,
