I have recently come accross the following short "poem", which I
thought was rather nice.
Marie Lloyd - a remembered and, by some, a revered singer and
music hall performer used to sing it. (she could be a little risque)
I'm full of daze
Shock and amaze
For nowadays
I hear they'll gaze
Through cloak and gown and even stays
Those naughty, naughty Roentgen rays!"
{I assume y'all know what "stays" are.}
Cute, eh?
