Does anyone have any tips for reducing the background in my sections?
They are mouse tumour cryostat section, fixed in acetone. I used TBS as my
buffer...

There is quite a lot of staining in stroma and the necrotic parts (substrate
= DAB) which, although it doesnt make interpretation impossible, doesnt look
too nice.....

Any ideas?
