Dear Emma and interested Histonetters,
Vector Labs have complied a few suggestions to help the enduser optimize
the application of using mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue
sections. It is a troubleshooting guide of sorts. With regard to
background development, it is important to remember that background may
arise from more than one part of the detection system and may not be due
to endogenous mouse Ig in your application. Defined negative controls
should always be included to identify which part(s) of the system are
causing background staining. We will mail or fax off to you via our
Vector UK office this helpful hints guide to use with the MOM kit.
Sincerely,
__________
