Patsy, and all histonetters,
Last time I cheked, it is not a crime to give out a referenced article.

The most recent literature I have found on Tyramide is:

Title: Tyramine- Amplified Immunohistochemical Testing Using "Homemade"
Biotinylated Tyramine Is Highly Sensitive and Cost-Effective

Jacobs W, Dhaene K, Van Marck E, Tyramine-Amplified Immunohistochemical
Testing Using "Homemade" Biotinylated Tyramine Is Highly Sensitive and
Cost Effective. Arch Pathol Lab Med - Vol 122, July 1998; 122:642-643.

Remember you cannot try this in your Lab, it just makes interesting
reading material. Please let me know of any other articles that you guys
may know about. I am interested in thias subject.
