Catherine,
I am on my second Renaissance Processor within 6 months. They have and
are still giving me so much trouble! Ventana's tech support was unable to
repair the first one after 7 on-site visits! When they brought in a
replacement model, it failed the first night we ran it. Now the paraffin is
solidifying in the thing before the run completes. The decision to purchase
this was made by our head pathologist because he felt the stir bar made it a
superior product! NOT! If I had my way, I'd have another Sakura VIP!!
Maybe, we are just unlucky, but please check some other references on this
machine!
