Storage of placenta blocks for 23 years? The legal reasoning here is probably 
21 years to legal maturity, plus two years' time for "discovery" - this clock 
begins to run when the patient reaches legal maturity.

Could somebody on this list with access to clinical journals find this 
supposed reference in the OB-GYN literature? It's something a lot of us are 
going to need.

This is a recurrent problem: a lot of surgical pathology articles by 
pathologists get published in clinical journals that pathologists (and 
histotechnologists) don't have access to.
