I regret to inform you that your patent entitled "A novel method for
producing stained sections."
infringes on a previous patent entitled "A method, procedure, formula,
manner, process, technique, way and a system, strategy, plan, scheme,
modus operandi for doing histology" This is a world wide patent
issued for 20 years or the end of the world, which ever comes first .
It has come to our attention that you are attempting to circumvent the
aforementioned patent. Be aware that being the party in the first part,
you will be contacted by several hundred lawyers who will prohibit,
forbid, bar, disallow, halt and prevent you and all parties from doing
any histological techniques without seeking permission, authorization,
consent, sanction form our office. In addition, you must pay a royalty
/licensing fee estimated to be equal to but not exceeding 90% of your
gross income.
We hope this will clarify all question revolving around this issue.
Have a nice day
