There are several ways to get to Milwaukee from O'hare airport.
#1- You can take an airport transport bus from the lower terminal that takes 
you straight into Mitchell Field Milwaukee and various other stops and then 
it goes into downtown.
or
#2- You can take the metra line from in the airport into downtown train 
station and then the amtrak to milwaukee ($40.00 one way) and this should 
put you within walking distance to the center of the meeting.
