Chris - I can't tell you about a comparison with the pressure/cooker
microwave HIER, but since I've started my techs using the Decloaking
Chamber, my pathologists are much happier. We used to just use the
microwave and copin jars. I can't prove it, but since we finally ran out of
another brand of citra epitope retrieval, and are now using ReVeal, one of
the pickiest pathologists raved over the results. So....I would say that
ReVeal is a good product to try.
