Hi Sharon
The Cam 5.2 we used was from Becton dickenson Cat # 920005. a prediluted
monoclonal antibody. It can be diluted 1:1.Worked great.We did a trypsin
pretreatment @ 37'C and incubation of ab for 30 mins.
