Hi,
We steam our slides for 20 min. in epitope retrieval solution. After
peroxide blocking the slide is treated with Becton / Dickson CAM 5.2
diluted to 1:5 for 30 min. Then the detection kit is applied. We are
using Envision + (mouse) for 30 min. Before that we used LSAB+ both had
good results.
