Dear Ian
As far as I know the contents of Lymph node Revealing solution are formalin 
and Acetic acid, we leave our tissue in usually overnite and retrieve nodes 
in AM, have done shorter times and it worked well. We purchase it ready made 
from Poly-Scientific.We have had no problems with IHC with this soloution.
