Kathy,
	I have done heart from sheep, mice, rabbits and guinea pigs. Usually
fix for 24hr minimum. Use graded ETOH for 45 minutes each station as follows
70%, 80%, 95%. 2x100%, 3xPropar[Anatech], 2x infiltrating mediium[surgipath]
30 minutes each, 2x embedding mediun[surgipath]. Heart has never been as
much of a problem as brain or spleen from mice. Good Luck!!!
