Subject: coverslipping problem
Dear Fellow Histonetters:
I have been running into some coverslipping issues regarding
my glass
coverslipper. I have tried a number of mountants and
solvents without yet
I still have coverslips that are falling off (not as bad as
the previous
tape coverslipper)about 30% of the time. For all those of
you who own a
glass coverslipper what type of mountant and clearing agent
do you use?
Have you experienced or seen this before?
Thanks in advance!
Shar
