Thankfully we've never had this problem Shar.
We use xylene as a clearing agent and DPX as a mountant ( from BDH ). We're
using a Leica CV5000 coversliper with the 'Mountant Type' set to 3 and the
'Mountant Volume' set to 3. We also use Shandon coverslips 22 x 50's
	Hope this helps

Dear Fellow Histonetters:
I have been running into some coverslipping issues regarding my glass
coverslipper. I have tried a number of mountants and solvents without yet
I still have coverslips that are falling off (not as bad as the previous
tape coverslipper)about 30% of the time. For all those of you who own a
glass coverslipper what type of mountant and clearing agent do you use?
Have you experienced or seen this before?
Thanks in advance!
Shar
