We use CAM 5.2 from Becton Dickinson, cat. # 349205...(I'm sure they'd fax
you a product insert with all the technical info.)...We use Protease 2 for
16" on the instrument, 1 drop of antibody, 20" titration...and get very
strong staining.  For our controls we use breast and colon carcinomas, and
we also have some cytospins from a met. squam. cell carcinoma...I do have to
say, however, that the bottle is one of those that is extremely hard to
squeeze!  Let me know if there's anything else we can help you with on this
antibody.
