Good morning!

Is there anyone out there willing to share a protocol for IHC on whole
mouse embryos?  The age range we will be using is 8.5 to 13.5 dpc.

One of the antibodies we are interested in trying is PECAM (CD31).  Does

anyone have advice or tips (manufacturer, fixation, digestion, dilution,

etc.) for staining formalin fixed paraffin sections, frozen sections, or

whole mouse embryos using this antibody?
