I've been using DAKO's LSAB kit to do IHC on transgenic mouse HBV.  This
was not my choice, but the researcher's.  I've been somewhat confused with
DAKO's kit because they seem to do things backwards from what you have
described and what I've thought was common wisdom in IHC procedures.  Does
Innogenex have a comparable kit that i could try?  I also use the DAKO
Biotin blocking kit and hepatitis B core antigen.
