Hi John,
We went back to BDH for our DPX a year or two ago and haven't had
any problems with it. ( Product No. 360294H )
Interesting you mentioning making it yourself. We used to do exactly that
about ten/twelve years ago. You could still buy Distrene-80 here then. Not
sure if you can now. It worked very well, but it's a messy business, and the
chemical constituents aren't the best to be 'splashing' around the lab. Much
prefer to buy it off the shelf.
