Hi Netters;
 I am looking for information and recommendations for  sources of Active
& Non-active Caspase 3 antibodies.  It will be used in human liver
tissues predominately, but may also be applied to animal species as
well.  I have used the polyclonal Caspase 3 from PharMingen and it is
somewhat inconsistent.  I also have the monoclonal Caspase 3 from
Transduction Labs but I have not worked it up yet.  Anybody have the
conditions for this marker?
