Dear 'Netters:

    I'm looking into doing some bromodeoxyuridine labeling for cell
proliferation in embryonic mouse CNS that will be embedded in plastic.
The first question is, which plastic is best, or at least pretty good? I
have several references, each uses a different plastic. Your comments
will be appreciated!
