I've been working on a research project using a polyclonal Kip2 p57 antibody
on prostate bxs. I do get the expected nuclear staining but the
non-specific staining is quite interfering. My protocol does block for
endogenous peroxidase and avidin-biotin. The researcher has tried to find a
monoclonal p57 to no avail but he doesn't have IPOX and Histonet at his
disposal! So I'm throwing this out to everyone out there as to whether
they've used or heard of a monoclonal p57 that is applicalbe on FFPE tissue.

Thanks in advance,
